I’ve been very fortunate to have worked with many wonderful and talented creative directors, account managers and brand representatives, the best whom have always encouraged the sharing of ideas. While my job description is to manage and execute planned initiatives, I see myself as a collaborator and facilitator for all teams, so staying open to new ideas is a big part of how I operate. That said, my focus is always on streamlining communication, logistics and procurement, in an effort to foster and support the creative vision of my partners.
